At consiliduct.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@consiliduct.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
5. Attach the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as mentioned above for returns. In your email to our customer service team, indicate the desired exchange item and provide the necessary details.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
